back to topShawnee Hill B & B is located 14 miles south of Carbondale and Southern Ill. University and 5 miles north of Anna, Ill. on new Route 51. It can be reached with easy access from:
I-57 exit at route 146 west of Anna. Take Route 146 toward Anna for 5 miles and turn right on new Route 51. Take Route 51 to Water Valley Road and turn right, then turn right again at the first driveway.
I-64 take Route 127 south to Route 13, to Carbondale, turn right on Route 51 go south to the sign at the first Cobden crossroad sign (Water Valley Rd) turn left and then turn at the first driveway on right.

Victorian and Country Suites
No Breakfast rate is $60.00 + tax *
Continental Breakfast - A Tray that can be ready at any time with drinks (coffee, decaf, tea), homemade muffins or coffeecake, fresh fruit and juice- $ 70.00Plus tax.*
A full Gourmet Breakfast - which is a full meal served on antique dishes -$85.00 Plus tax*
The Log Cabin Room
Continental Breakfast - A Tray that can be ready at any time with drinks (coffee, decaf, tea), homemade muffins or coffeecake, fresh fruit and juice- $ 130.00Plus tax.*
A full Gourmet Breakfast - which is a full meal served on antique dishes -$150.00 Plus tax*
*Additional persons can be added for
$5.00 per night and $5.00 per continental breakfast or $10.00 per full
breakfast.

Check in is at 2:30 PM for the Victorian and Country Cottage rooms.
For the Log Cabin the check in is at 4pm.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted if cancelled 5 days prior to
reserved date or if the room can be re-rented. Otherwise you will be charged
$55.00 per night of reserved nights. The only exception will be if the room has
been reserved within the 5 day period of the reservation.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS!!!!
Smoking will be allowed on outside decks or in your car. A $35.00 charge will be
added to your bill or credit card if this rule is broken.
